I am a complimentary therapist working in East Kent to restore balance and well being in those whose energies have become disturbed by physical or emotional trauma.

When the energies are in balance and flowing freely our bodies are better able to deal with physical and emotional challenges. I facilitate the body's ability to function at its most effective within the parameters of any given situation. I work mainly with crystals and essences but I also use sound, colour and spirits of trees and places to enhance the healing process.

Green Heart Therapy is Vibrational Therapy utilising the ancient energies of the earth, trees and man's ancient wisdom to stimulate the body's natural self-healing abilities.

Energy Therapy in Kent

Much of our malaise today is a result of having become disconnected from the natural energies of the earth. I work with the energies of plants, trees and stones to balance the body's energies and re-establish our link with the earth and its energy. Once we are balanced we are better equipped to cope with the barrage of chaotic energies that surround us in this urban and electronic society.

How do I work?

• Some of my work is done in face to face therapy sessions which last for about an hour. It is totally non-invasive and the client remains fully clothed. The session begins with a chat about relevant background information. There is no need for detailed information at this stage as the body's energetic system will determine the priorities for the session. The client relaxes on a couch to some gentle music.
  
  The client's energies guide the choice and placement of appropriate crystals, essences and tree sutras, to support the body in its quest for balance. The items are placed on or around the body for short periods of time.
  
  Clients sometimes experience a variety of gentle sensations triggered by the new energies. These may be cool air, warmth, pins and needles, a movement of energy. They are never painful and some people only experience the feeling of relaxation and calm at the end of the session.
  
  To close the session the client has the opportunity to look at the crystals, essences and sutras that have been used and discuss the treatment. This often sheds interesting light on the body's priorities, which may or may not be the client's intellectual priorities but are always pertinent to the clients needs.
  
  
• Some times the needs of the client can be met through a personal essence mix which can be distance dowsed and mailed to the client.

I work with energies from various sources including my crystal collection, the Bach Flower Remedies, Green Man, Sovereignty, Bailey and Mother Luck essences. I have my own handmade collections of Essences, Green Heart Essences from the ancient energies of the Green Heart of Europe -- Luxembourg, and Essence of Malta which contain the energies of the Neolithic temples of Malta.

The Green Heart Essences

The Green Heart Essences are the energies of special trees and places in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg where I lived for many years. The development of these essences has been a great labour of love and they are not only valuable for personal balancing but also form an important archive of ancient energies which enable us to reconnect to the fast disappearing energies of land and forest.

Essence of Malta

The second set is Essence of Malta. This is a collection of energies from the ancient Neolithic temples of Malta. These are energies which can reconnect us to man's ancient knowledge and wisdom which we have forgotten in our dash for progress.
